These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VibRelax app ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using VibRelax, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VibRelax turns your device into a haptic massager, offering vibration patterns and intensity levels for relaxation. VibRelax is a wellness and entertainment app. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VibRelax only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

  • VibRelax offers optional Premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase that unlock all patterns, remove ads, and enable additional features.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. Free Version & Ads

The free version of VibRelax is supported by advertising. By using the free version, you acknowledge that ads will be displayed. Premium removes ads.

5. Intellectual Property

VibRelax and all related content, design, and software are owned by us and our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibRelax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that haptic feedback will function identically on every device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
