This Privacy Policy explains how VibRelax ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you use the app. VibRelax is designed to require as little data as possible. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal contact information to use the app.
1. Information We Process
VibRelax works with an anonymous account that is created automatically on your device. We do not collect information that personally identifies you. The app processes the following limited data:
- Anonymous identifier & usage data — an anonymous account ID, the date you first opened the app, your last login time, and your app version. This is used to operate the app, deliver your subscription, and understand general usage. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
- Subscription status — whether you have an active subscription and which plan, so the app can unlock Premium features. Purchases are processed by Apple and our payment provider; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
- App settings — preferences such as your selected vibration pattern, intensity, dark mode, and any custom patterns you create. Custom patterns are stored on your device.
- Diagnostics & analytics — anonymous, aggregated statistics about app usage (for example, which screens are opened) to help us improve the app.
2. Third-Party Services
VibRelax uses the following third-party services, which process limited data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Analytics, Cloud Messaging) — anonymous account, usage data, and diagnostics.
- RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management.
- Apple — App Store purchases and subscription billing.
- Google AdMob — advertising shown to users on the free version. Ads may use a device advertising identifier. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings.
Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy.
3. Support Messages
If you contact us through the in-app support feature or by email, we process the messages you send and an anonymous user ID so we can reply and provide support. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your messages.
4. Advertising
The free version of VibRelax shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Advertising may rely on a device advertising identifier; you can reset or limit this in your device's privacy settings.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We keep the limited data described above only as long as needed to operate the app and your subscription. Because the account is anonymous, deleting the app removes the app data stored on your device. If you would like us to delete the anonymous account data associated with your installation, contact us at the email below and we will assist you.
6. Children's Privacy
VibRelax is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. Since VibRelax does not collect personal identifiers, we may need additional information to locate the anonymous data tied to your installation. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
